About Our Lab
Founded in 2025 by two passionate freshmen, Jia Bhardwaj and Luna Woo, ThinkHer Lab was born from a shared vision to inspire the next generation of young minds—especially girls—to explore and love STEM. As students at OES, Jia and Luna saw firsthand how early encouragement and hands-on experiences can transform curiosity into confidence and creativity.
ThinkHer Lab offers summer programs, after-school clubs, and in-school workshops that bring science, technology, engineering, and math to life in fun and accessible ways. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where all kids feel empowered to ask questions, solve problems, and build the skills they need to succeed in an ever-changing world. At ThinkHer Lab, we believe it’s never too early to start learning, and every child deserves the chance to become a maker, coder, scientist, and innovator.

Mission & Vision
Our mission at ThinkHer Lab is to empower young learners, to discover and pursue their passions in science, technology, engineering, and math through engaging experiences. We envision a future where every child has the confidence and skills to innovate and lead in STEM fields, breaking down barriers and building a more inclusive, creative world. By fostering curiosity, creativity, and collaboration, we aim to inspire the next generation of thinkers, makers, and problem-solvers.

Extended Learning in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math
ThinkHer Lab provides exciting STEM learning opportunities beyond the regular school day. Through after-school clubs, summer camps, and in-school workshops, kids get to explore science, technology, engineering, and math with hands-on projects and experiments. Our goal is to inspire curiosity and build confidence while developing important problem-solving and teamwork skills that prepare young learners for the future.
